    If you follow me on social media you know I’m fitness fanatic! I’m in the best shape of my life and my friends are always asking me, “How are you in such a good shape?” That’s what I decided to launch my  fitness blog because I have so much fitness and nutrition tips to share(I’ll let you know when it’s up and running) It hasn’t always being this way, two thing has stopped me from working out, lack of motivation and inconvenient truth of urinary incontinence

    1 Create a Fitness Group.

     2 Schedule a Regular Workout Time.

    Find the best time in your day to workout, some of the most committed exercisers (Like my self) do it every day before the sun comes up, but you need to find the time that works best for you, maybe you prefer late at night when the kids are in bed, but take in consideration that by that time you must be tired and there will be millions of excuses to skip the workout. If you’re working out with a friend or friends set up a day and time. You should exercise at least 3 times a day, 5  it’s ideal!

    3 Make it Fun and Have Variety.

    Getting bored with your exercise routine is a main reason why we quit exercising. Make your workout routine fun and have a variety. Do toning and sculpting class that changes choreography every week or a trail run, cardio mix with weights, Pilates, Zumba etc..

    4 Set Goals and Have a Contest.

    Set goals and maybe have a contest between your fitness gals. You can have a contest on who can lose the most weight in 30 days, or a measurements contest. As far as the prize, money is a great motivator!

    5 Think, “I Can Do It!”

    Our biggest enemy is ourselves! We’re our biggest obstacle when trying to get in shape and lose a weight, because we don’t think we can do it. you have to shift your thinking from couch potato mentality to thinking like a successful person, use the same energy you use to accomplish your professional goals to get fit. This may sound like a big challenge, but it’s not as big a leap as you think. Just do it!
