I was a guest of Bluewater Boathouse for the purpose of this review
The popular summer-long menu event Lobster and Clambake Celebration is back this year at Bluewater Grill and Bluewater Boathouse Seafood Grill , Inspired by the Bluewater restaurant family’s deep roots in Massachusetts, this Chef’s tasting with wine pairing and month-long menu event is a must!
The summer tradition comes to newly opened Bluewater Grill restaurants in Carlsbad Village and on the Santa Barbara beachfront
I had the opportunity to enjoy The New England Clambake at one of my favorite restraurants in Coronado Island, Bluewater Boathouse!
As alway it didn’t dissapont me, it was truly a delicious feast!
We started with the New England Clam Chowder, I’ve never tasted such delicious clam chowder it wasn’t creamy, lots of flavor and there’s plenty of clams, this is truly a New England Clam Chowder.
The setting was perfection, I love the view from the terrace of The Bluewater Boathouse and with good friends it was the perfect Tuesday dinner.
Now for the main dish, the New England Lobster & Clambake, it was esquisite! The Main Lobster was tender the steamed clams were fresh, corn on the cob and fresh coleslaw so much flavor, I was transported to New England!
The New England Clambake will be available at Bluewater Boathouse for $39.95 price through Sept. 9, 2018, you have to take advantage of this amazing delicious deal! (The white wine pairing can be added off the wine menu for the per-pour price.)
One of my favorite’s and one of the most-ordered dishes on the Bluewater Boathouse menu , The Chipotle Blackened Swordfish with Roasted Corn and Avocado Relish which is the focus of the Swordfish Salute month-long celebration and kick-off tasting event at all seven Bluewater Grill and Bluewater Boathouse Seafood Grill restaurants on Aug. 14. This dish will be available for $36.95 without the wine pairing, through August, you have to try it!
Bluewater Boathouse is one of Coronado’s hidden gems, the food is always delicious, great service and amazing view. The have a great happy hour upstairs at the bar as well, Monday-Thursday 3-6pm, drinks and appetizers. Also, the don’t charge you corkage fee on the first two bottles of wine!
So start planning your next lunch or dinner, The Bluewater Boathouse is certainly one my most delicious happy places!
