As a mom of 2 boys I’m always looking for ways to feed my kids healthy food, but when you’re on the go it’s sometimes difficult to eat nutritious food.

Hera are 3 easy to prepare healthy and fulfilling snacks on the go for the whole family, what I like about some of them , is that you can have them in your car because they won’t go bad.

  1. Great tips, of course. One of my daughters loves fruit, cheese, nuts – just about anything healthy. The other one, unfortunately is all about the starch. For her I’d probably have to add a sliver of pizza or french fries to the fruit! Any tips for REALLY picky eaters?
