We’re a California family, we live in sunny San Diego but we travel to New York City a lot since is one of our favorite cities! We’re very active and are always out and about, walking everywhere, experiencing new places going on adventures and we enjoy Disneyland Resort, since it’s our Happiest Place on Earth, we’re big fans of Mickey! I love to spend time with my boys and enjoy them, don’t take me wrong, I also need my alone time and glass of wine!

I’m 5 time Emmy Winner Journalist, news anchor, reporter and new producer so video is my life! I love to be on camera and record videos, plus video is the future of blogging , with video we are able to connect with our visitors in a way not possible with text. With video I not only share my thoughts I share my voice and I can personally connect with YOU Latina Moms. Plus I enable my visitors, usually busy moms to multitask, because you can watch and listen to me or my other Mom Reporters and do something else at the same time. Who’s Tania Luviano?
My career as a journalist started over 17 years ago as a news anchor at Univision San Diego, my journalism instinct and passion to empower Latinas through my stories made my show the #1 Spanish newscast at 6 & 11pm weekdays, NBC San Diego took notice of my success and hired me to be the news anchor of Mi San Diego News, the first Spanish newscast on an English station. Throughout the year I’ve had the opportunity to interview, U.S and Mexican presidents, dozens of political figures, people in the news, celebrities and being in the line of fire of many huge national stories, but my important job has been, raising my 2 boys, who are were my inspiration to launch Latina Mom TV and are my motivation everyday.
